Eurofins Digital Testing secures multi-million pound contracts across software and security testing businesses

New multi-year contracts and returning clients herald new appointments at the company

Eurofins Digital Testing, the global leader in independent Quality Assurance, (QA), testing and cyber security for software systems and devices, has continued its success with impressive new business deals secured across its security and software testing divisions in the first three quarters of 2022 alone.

The firm’s office is on Peter Street, Manchester, and new client projects that Eurofins’ security division, Commissum, has won include support for a hospitality and leisure company, two forensic services accounts, a multi-year public sector deal for comprehensive testing services, a pharmaceutical company and annual testing for a financial services organisation.

Commissum is also working with Anchor Hanover, a housing association, providing multi-year Security Operations Centre (SOC) service.

New cyber security testing contracts mean Commissum is now the strategic cyber security partner of choice for over 135 companies UK-wide. Its new-business contract wins in the past 9 months have generated over £2.8 million, bringing the total value of contracts won in 2022 to over £7.3 million over the last 12 months.

Eurofins’ software testing business, Edge Testing, has also added to that contract value, with a raft of new deals secured over the last six months, including a £450K deal with one of the largest social housing providers.

With its client roster expanding, Eurofins has also welcomed a new Client Engagement Director, to manage new business opportunities and ensure the company maintains its high level of client satisfaction. Ian Bratt joins the team from QA Ltd, a digital education and skills provider with a presence in technical, management and other associated professional skills. Before that position, he had roles with Capgemini and Qualitest.

Sharon Hamilton, UK Managing Director of Eurofins Digital Testing, commented: “We hit the ground running in 2022 and continue to progress with both our client base and team expansion. We continue to seek motivated people to join our team and look forward to welcoming new members who can help us maintain our already excellent reputation of the highest standards of delivery and excellence across our three testing services – security, software and devices.”

The three testing divisions are currently hiring across the board and welcome applications.
