Peninsula ranked as the top company in the UK for graduates

Manchester head-quartered global employment law consultancy, Peninsula, has been ranked as the top company for graduates to work for in the UK by graduate & apprenticeship job review guide, The Job Crowd.

The Job Crowd top companies listing ranks employers entirely on anonymous reviews from graduate employees. It surveys thousands of recent graduates asking them to rank their experience and ignores how well known the company is, or how much they spend on recruitment and marketing.

Peninsula was praised in the report for offering fantastic career progression and industry leading training and support. A number of contributors also mentioned the friendly work environment and a great work life balance.

Peninsula’s Group Managing Director and Founder, Peter Done, said: “Peninsula are delighted to be named as the top company for Graduates to work for in the UK.”

“Thanks to our graduates, we are receiving recognition for the quality of our training, a proven career path, the advice we give, and our working environment, these are all things on which we place great emphasis on.”
