Taylor Wimpey unveils the dynamic duo at new Ashton-under-Lyne development

One of Taylor Wimpey Manchester’s newest developments, Harts Mead in Ashton-under-Lyne, has unveiled its new team.

With over 13-years’ experience, potential homeowners will be greeted by sales executive, Deborah Michaels, who will be on hand to answer questions about the new homes and financial schemes available.

She is joined by site manager, Andrew Gore, who has responsibility for overseeing all site activity, including checking quality, encouraging and supporting the workforce, health and safety management and ordering materials.

Making people’s dreams come true is one of the things sales executive, Deborah, enjoys the most: “I love it when I can help people find their perfect house. Getting to meet and speak to people from different backgrounds and helping them choose, purchase and, where possible personalise their new home is just fantastic.

“Taking them from seeing their home on a plan to handing over the keys is a great accomplishment and makes me proud of my work. Only recently I helped an older lady who was moving from Wales to be closer to her son.”

Taylor Wimpey is enforcing strict COVID-secure procedures and offering pre-booked virtual appointments.

Deborah continued: “We are operating remote appointments at the moment, however customers can be rest assured that we now have lots of assets and tools accessible to us to allow them to make an informed decision about buying their new home, without needing to visit the scheme in person.”

Once complete, Harts Mead will include a mix of high-quality one-bedroom apartments, as well as both semi-detached and detached two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.

The development will also benefit from a play area, kick-a-bout space, open space, and enhancement to the existing right of way to accommodate pedestrians/cyclists which will connect to surrounding green spaces and nature walks.

It also provides a fantastic outlook towards Hartshead Pike, Pennine Way and the fairways of Ashton Golf Course.
