V7 appoints James Berry as senior asset manager

V7 Industrial, the industrial asset and development management operator, has strengthened its team with the appointment of James Berry as Senior Asset Manager.

Based in V7’s Manchester office and covering the UK, James will be responsible for driving value and delivering the proactive, hands-on asset management strategies for which V7 has become known.

James joins from Indurent, where he gained extensive experience managing and executing asset management initiatives across a significant industrial and logistics portfolio.

His appointment comes as V7 Industrial continues to expand its activities across the UK and grow with its partners.
