Passion Fuelled Entrepreneurs Tackle Conversations That Matter at North West Event Curated to Make Audience Uncomfortable at ‘The Theatre of Dreams’

“We have conversations that matter, so collectively we can all learn, support each other, and do better as a collective.”

This month is to be a very special one for a group of small business owners, entrepreneurs and change makers from across the country as they are given a stage, an audience of 250 people and a challenge to ‘start conversations that matter’, as global public speaking coach and best selling author, Dani Wallace, encourages them to share their message loud and clear and to make people feel as ‘uncomfortable as necessary – in the nicest possible way’, as part of an inclusive motivational event at Manchester United’s stadium on the 30th and 31st March.

Bee Inspired, created by Dani, 39, a mum of 3 from Preston, aims to “put the world to rights, getting conversations started on things we don’t speak about enough, with an aim of getting the audience uncomfortable – in the nicest possible way!” – An event she has run for three years now, which offers a combination of; motivation, inspiration and edutainment, no subject is out of bounds, and amongst the depth of conversation sits entertainment from Dani herself – a professional singer who also loves to put on a show – previous events have been opened by her performing as; Freddie Mercury, a Unicorn and a giant bee… as she brings the energy and sets the stage for a high vibe event.

“Bee Inspired is about tapping into ALL the emotions”, said Dani, otherwise known as ‘The Queen Bee’ and leader of the “I Am The Queen Bee Movement (#IATQB), ”… and us being playful, having fun, connecting and being conscious with how we deliver important messages. Throughout the talks we explore topics such as; domestic abuse, gender diversity and inclusion, spirituality, mental health, business building… and much more. We go there, we have conversations that matter around these topics, so collectively we can all learn, support each other, and do better as a collective”.

“My whole ethos is around bringing people together to help them rise up, offering a hand to those who need it, so they can come with us. I have been that person who needed the hand offering so many times, for many years, and now, I’m no longer the broken single mum sofa surfing, but a global 6 figure business owner and I’m determined to use my business to empower others.  Success isn’t just about money either, but for me it’s about feeling like you belong, and this is true for my community, The Hive. As ‘The Queen Bee’, I have made a commitment to lead others, and create opportunities where we can festoon, to be stronger together. I am still learning about so many elements of life and I want to do this collectively.”

She said: “I’ve always been one who loves a good natter, a passionate conversation fuelled by varying views – I’m not here for an argument, but I am here to be challenged and to challenge, as we navigate this ever changing world around us and form alliances. Bee Inspired is a gathering of minds – it’s a festooning of awesome people who come together to link arms and to grow. Both the speakers and the audience are here to learn, and share, and this collaborative approach makes magic happen.”

Speakers include best selling authors, psychologists, global business strategists, journalists, and other leading mentors from every walk of life. Many of the speakers have never taken to the stage before, but have been trained by Dani over the last 6 months and are overcoming their own fears of public speaking as part of this event.

Manchester based speakers who are stepping up to the mark include; Alex Lynam, Founder of Beyond the Binary, who will be asking  ‘Do you fear ‘Queer’, as they explore the conversation around active inclusion for the LGBTQIA+ community as part of their mission to make sure you dont get left behind. Alex will be showing us how to become ambassadors for change, telling us why now is the time to Stop Fearing Queer and helping us “to start to embrace all the beauty it has to offer!”

Another local entrepreneur joining the speaker lineup is friend of the stars, Sarie Taylor, who will pose the question – ‘Are we overcomplicating mental health?’ Sarie, a psychotherapist, author, and celebrity coach, will share her story of how she ended up in a mental hospital at the age of 22, and what she’s learnt over the last 20 years of her personal development – and how we can take a simpler approach to it all.

Professional speakers also joining the lineup include; Queen Mojo, a TV personality and dancer who’s performed with American Grammy winner Lizzo. She will be sharing her inspiration around body positivity, self-confidence and self-love. And, Author, Writer and Artist, Natalie Lue, who is speaking on ‘The Joy of Saying No’.

Bringing the business advice are entrepreneurs ‘Andrew and Pete – international keynote speakers, ATOMIC founders, authors and YouTubers, the multi award winning business duo help small business owners scale their business so they can stop swapping time for money. They will be sharing how to create a personal brand business that people love to buy from.

Alongside these talks Dani herself will be sharing her own journey and talk about all the work she is doing via her new charity foundation – Fly Anyway – https://www.iamthequeenbee.co.uk/flyanyway, which supports survivors of domestic abuse in rebuilding their lives after breaking free from abusive relationships.

The event will be held on the 30th and 31st of March and tickets can be purchased for both in person attendance and online access to the event via:  https://www.iamthequeenbee.co.uk
