Training business is awards finalist two months after launch

The Growth Coaching Collective – which enables entrepreneurs and leaders to learn, launch and grow their business successfully – has been hailed a finalist in the Enterprise Vision Awards.

The revolutionary collaboration, created by entrepreneurs and friends Kerry Boland and Lou Parker, offers a combination of expert sales consultancy with NLP training and coaching.

Kerry, sales and business growth strategist from Manchester, said: “I was ecstatic when I got the call to tell me I am a finalist in the coaching and training category at this years EVA awards! (Enterprise Vision Awards) Of 1500 applications I made it to the final eight in my category, and considering we only launched two months ago this is huge for us. We are starting as we mean to go on!”

The inspiration for the new company came after the duo felt let down by the industry, so decided they wanted to do business differently to provide ethical, high quality training and support that delivers real results for entrepreneurs.

Together with Lou – a mindset breakthrough coach and NLP practitioner, Kerry provides something unique  when it comes to training and coaching entrepreneurs.

Kerry added: “I’m passionate about helping go-getting entrepreneurs to stop winging it and start taking themselves seriously for big business success. I bring my own unique approach to training, up skilling and coaching people to achieve their dreams and live out their own version of success.”

Former NHS director of nursing, Lou, is on a mission to help entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. She said: “I help clients to remove the things that are holding them back so they can take that next step forwards with confidence, with passion, and with a freshly renewed purpose that ignites their soul.

“I’m a health and fitness freak. I’m massively passionate about people loving what they do, connecting to themselves, and following their own paths.”

The Growth Coaching Collective is an accredited training school by The American Board of NLP (ABNLP) providing certified NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner courses, with a view to have further accredited courses in the near future.

Kerry and Lou provide an end-to-end service to entrepreneurs and leaders to enable them to learn, launch and grow their business with solid foundations for success. For the more established business owner their 2:1 and 1:1 coaching, offers the support to take their business to new levels of growth.
