Ready Steady Store Wins Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the Third Consecutive Year

Self storage provider becomes the most trusted service provider in the industry

Fast-growing self storage provider, Ready Steady Store, has been awarded the prestigious Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for a third consecutive year.

Established in 2005, Ready Steady Store has since opened 23 different self storage sites throughout North, Central, and South England, including its leading site in Manchester.

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is given out annually and requires businesses to maintain an average rating of 4.5 stars or above from their customer reviews over the past 12 months. Companies must also receive at least 50 reviews in that period for their score to be considered valid.

Receiving this award is, therefore, testament Ready Steady Store’s commitment to individual and corporate customers, offering convenient, flexible storage solutions while upholding the highest security standards.

“We are delighted to have received this award for a third consecutive year,” said Mehran Charania, Director of Ready Steady Store “At Ready Steady Store, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our customers and strive to provide a consistently high level of service. We have worked hard over the years to ensure that our service quality maintained its excellence while our growth accelerated.”

This comes just months after Ready Steady Store was shortlisted by the Federation of European Self Storage Association (FEDESSA) as a finalist for Multi-Site Operator of the Year at the FEDESSA Awards 2022, further solidifying its reputation as one of the UK’s leading self storage facilities.

John Doyle, Store Manager of Ready Steady Store, Manchester, said: “To see this effort recognised through an achievement like this is incredibly rewarding and humbling. This shows we can achieve great things by staying true to our core values, putting in hard work, and refusing to compromise on quality despite rapid growth. We’re beyond proud of this accomplishment, and it reminds us that anything is possible with dedication and perseverance.”

Over the last 18 years, the Ready Steady Store team has worked incredibly hard to offer our customers the best service while maintaining quality onsite facilities and optimum security for all self storage units, as showcased by the growing popularity of our Manchester site.”

The Accolade of Excellence is one of many awards demonstrating Ready Steady Store’s success in providing secure storage options for businesses and individuals in Manchester and beyond.

Available for both business and personal use, the Manchester facility boasts quality security measures for its 5,500 plus local users, making it a top choice for self storage in Central Manchester.

With a wide range of sizes available, customers can choose from standard containers or bespoke storage solutions tailored to their needs. All units have 24-hour CCTV surveillance, and fire alarms are monitored around the clock to ensure the safety of stored items at all times.

Committed to environmental sustainability, Ready Steady Store has recently achieved ISO 14001 certification and Green Achiever accreditation, which certifies its green practises.
