Manchester Private Hospital (MPH) has announced four strategic hires to bolster its team as part of an ambitious nationwide expansion.
The new appointments demonstrate the hospital’s ongoing commitment to patient care, clear clinical communication, and commercial growth. Established in 2017, MPH alongside its sister facility, London Private Hospital currently employs over 100 clinical, surgical, and administrative professionals.
The new hires include:

Ava Underwood – Social Media Coordinator: In this newly created role, Ava will lead content creation across digital platforms to showcase MPH’s medical expertise, educate the public on procedure safety, and offer accessible clinical guidance.

Caitlin Downs – Customer Service Lead: Bringing over a decade of customer service experience, Caitlin will head up the prospective patient outreach team, ensuring incoming inquiries are handled with care and efficiency.

Adele Bates – Customer Care Specialist: Working alongside Caitlin, Adele brings over five years of healthcare sector, patient enquiry and consultation booking expertise. With a dedication to customer care excellence Adele is highly skilled to deliver a compassionate, confidential and compliant experience for MPH patients.

Rishi Raj – Business Development Manager: Rishi joins to drive commercial strategy, expand brand awareness, and help grow MPH’s market share across the UK’s elective surgery sector.
