Charge-M8 Enhances Sale Headquarters to Support Growing Client Needs

EV charging authority, Charge-M8, has significantly expanded its headquarters located on Carrington Lane in Sale, effectively doubling its workspace to better serve the increasing demands of its clientele.

From its humble beginnings in 2021 with a trio of remote workers, Charge-M8 has swiftly expanded its workforce to 11 dedicated full-time staff, including specialist EV engineers and sales and marketing experts, stationed at their headquarters in Sale and throughout the UK. With the advertisement of three new roles and additional positions on the horizon, the expansion of their office space, along with the option to extend into the floor above, showcases Charge-M8’s allegiance to their Trafford base.

Julian Smith, CEO of Charge-M8, expressed, “Interest in the electric car market has increased substantially since we first started which is fantastic to see. Workplaces and hospitality venues are really getting on board and realising that they need to provide good quality and reliable charging solutions for their employees and customers and we’re here to make this happen.

“Investing in the right people and offering first class customer service has always been our key strategy and I’m delighted to say that it’s paying off.  We’ve just been welcomed by the Northern Power House Green Economy and will be exhibiting all our latest products at six of the UK’s largest tradeshows up and down the country from now until November, so having more office space is very much needed to cope with the increase in demand.”

Charge-M8 has also made its growing selection of commercial EV chargers accessible to other installers across the nation, backed by best-in-class commissioning and technical support services.

Iain Hughes, Charge-M8’s Technical Director, commented, “With our expanding range of commercial charging products we wanted to build our own test centre and training facilities in-house, to enable installation partners to learn about our product range in a professional setting, with additional EV Charger installations in our car-park for real-world training and development.”

Rapidly becoming the preferred choice for EV charging solutions for homes and offices, Charge-M8 is OZEV certified for both residential and commercial installations and is an approved installer for many of the major EV Charging brands. The Charge-M8 technical team is adept at understanding your specific requirements and creating a custom EV charging solution that fits your needs. Their recent admission into the Buy With Confidence scheme, endorsed by Trading Standards across the UK, is a testament to their commitment to excellence.

With an overwhelming array of EV charging options available, consulting with an expert is invaluable.
