IMO Announces Launch of Six New Car Wash Locations Internationally

IMO, recognised as the world’s largest car wash company, has revealed its plans to open six new locations in December 2023. These will be situated in Genk and Beringen in Belgium, Ostrava in the Czech Republic, Miskolc in Hungary, and Warilla and Perth Airport in Australia.

Reflecting IMO’s innovative spirit in the conveyor car wash domain, the new locations will include:

  • Advanced wheel scrubbing technology with an alloy spa feature.
  • Foam application for improved paint contaminant removal.
  • A soft brushing technique employing polymers for enhanced paint shine.
  • Door sill technology focused on cleaning the lower parts of the car.
  • High-velocity drying technology using a 155mph smart nozzle.
  • Soft towelling drying strips and polish options for a flawless finish.
  • Contactless payment options for vacuums, jet washes, air, and water.

Additionally, these sites will introduce IMO Ceramic XTR in these international territories for the first time.

Tracy Gehlan, president at IMO, commented: “Developed for people who love their cars, Ceramic XTR has been carefully created using the latest surface technology and innovative ingredients which, in conjunction with our handmade, soft foam brushes, combine to provide a showroom shine and surface protection that lasts that lasts.”

She further elaborated: “Ceramic XTR from IMO is the most durable paint protection car wash we have ever released. Throughout its development, our experts have continuously refined the formulation to produce an extreme ceramic coating with a deep gloss-like finish.”
