Manchester’s Mason Advisory ranks in UK Best Workplace in Tech™ report 2023

A Manchester independent digital and technology company has been featured in the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech list announced by Great Place To Work® UK

Mason Advisory has made the top 100 organisations in the Small & Medium company category.

This is the fifth time the St Peter’s Square-based business has entered and been included in the report, in recognition of its industry-leading standards and strong performance.

Now in its sixth year, the Best Workplaces in Tech™ list celebrates companies adept at developing dynamic, collaborative cultures that serve as a catalyst for innovation and personal growth for all.

Best Workplaces™ list

Great Place to Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.

The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Mason Advisory is proud of having established a great company culture, and continues to nurture this to attract, retain, and develop the best in tech talent.

The team has increased the scale of the organisation and embedded operational excellence in everything they do to sustain credibility as a leading technology consultancy and great employer.

Creativity

Paul Pugh, CEO at Mason Advisory, (pictured) said: “Our whole team is thrilled that we have been recognised as a great workplace in technology for the fifth time as we are a company that promotes trust, pride, high performance, creativity and ambition.

“We are proud of our working practices and how we have managed to develop such a great culture – and of course, we are proud of every single member of our team. This accolade is testament to the high calibre of tech talent in our organisation and we thank all our employees for their commitment, enthusiasm and sheer hard work.”

Great employee experience

Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place To Work® UK, said: “The Best Workplaces in Tech™️  list is created using the anonymous feedback collected from employees within the technology industry about their workplace experience.

“In one of the country’s fastest-growing industries, it’s fantastic to see these tech organisations putting their people strategy at the heart of the business and implementing policies, practices and programmes that sustain an impactful and consistently great employee experience for all.”

Earlier this year, Mason Advisory was listed in the UK’s Leading Management Consultants 2023 report published by the Financial Times and secured a top 100 spot in the UK’s Best Workplaces medium business category rankings in April.
