Dr Shahid’s commitment to integrated care pathways is evident through his leadership of a team of Social Prescribing Link Workers, who work towards enabling better coordination between health and social care services. His passion for innovative approaches to healthcare delivery, particularly in addressing long-term physical and mental health conditions, further underscores his dedication to improving patient outcomes.
