WARRINGTON’S EUROPA TRADE PARK FULLY LET AFTER TRIO OF NEW DEALS

International real estate advisor Savills, alongside B8 Real Estate, on behalf of BNP Paribas Depositary Services (Jersey) Limited, has fully let Europa Trade Park in Warrington, following final deals to Vogue Ceramics, Superglide Stairlifts and Fuel Hub.

Vogue Ceramics, a floor and wall tile distributors, has committed to 3,741 sq ft for a 10 year term.

Superglide Stairlifts, a mobility equipment supplier in Warrington, will occupy a unit totalling 3,091 sq ft at £9.25 psf for a term of five years.

Fuel Hub, a food delivery service, has also secured 6,300 sq ft on a five year term at £9.00 psf.

The units are all a minimum EPC rating of B and include open plan offices to the first floor, a ground floor reception/office area plus toilet and kitchen facilities. To the rear is full height warehouse and storage space with loading doors. The units all have access to the yard areas to the rear and office car parking.

Located just off M62, between Manchester and Liverpool, the estate is situated on Cromwell Avenue (A574) close to the Gemini Retail Park, which has occupiers including Ikea, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Next, Costa and McDonalds.

Jonathan Williams, associate surveyor in Savills Manchester industrial team, comments: “We’re continuing to see high levels of demand in the industrial sector and it is encouraging to see this with the now fully let Europa Trade Park. Its prime location and refurbished units makes this a desirable industrial park for a mix of tenants and this trio of lettings is testament to that.”
