Vogue Ceramics, a floor and wall tile distributors, has committed to 3,741 sq ft for a 10 year term.
Superglide Stairlifts, a mobility equipment supplier in Warrington, will occupy a unit totalling 3,091 sq ft at £9.25 psf for a term of five years.
Fuel Hub, a food delivery service, has also secured 6,300 sq ft on a five year term at £9.00 psf.
The units are all a minimum EPC rating of B and include open plan offices to the first floor, a ground floor reception/office area plus toilet and kitchen facilities. To the rear is full height warehouse and storage space with loading doors. The units all have access to the yard areas to the rear and office car parking.
Located just off M62, between Manchester and Liverpool, the estate is situated on Cromwell Avenue (A574) close to the Gemini Retail Park, which has occupiers including Ikea, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Next, Costa and McDonalds.
