LOVELL CELEBRATES A RETURN TO MIDDLETON WITH THE LAUNCH OF EDEN PARK

THREE years after completing its popular Green Bank development, Lovell Homes has returned to Middleton with the launch of its brand-new community Eden Park.

Offering a mix of 55 two, three, and four-bedroom homes, ideal for first time buyers, growing families, and those looking to downsize, four plots have been released for sale with early bird reservations also available.

Anne-Marie O’Doherty, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “It is great to be in Middleton following the success of Green Bank in 2019. Not only is this a fantastic location that has excellent commuter links to Manchester, but it is an area of previously low housing availability, meaning there is a real need for a mix of property types.

“With just 55 homes, it will have a real close-knit feel that will really help add to that sense of community from day one.”

Four plots have been initially released for sale, with prices starting from £279,950. Early bird reservations are also available on additional plots. Property enquiries and appointment only viewings can be booked here.

Eden Park comes hot on the heels of two successful development launches in the region; Spinners Quarter in Salford and The Gateway in Ancoats.
