Zerum relocates to new office space following extensive growth

Manchester-based Planning, Project Management and Cost Management company, Zerum have relocated to new office space following an extensive fit-out by Design Tonic.

The new office located in Bruntwood Works’ South Central development on Peter Street has been designed with employee wellness and flexible working at the heart.

The office is designed with collaboration at the heart with a stunning bar that sits right in the centre of the space making it a focal point and an area for the team to meet, chat and work from providing break-out space away from the standard office.

Hot desking has also been provided so that various Zerum teams can work together complimented by quiet working rooms for focus when needed and to provide a private area for calls.

A mix of styles of meeting rooms have also been included in the design providing different settings from formal to more casual meets perfect for the different teams that work within Zerum.

The space also benefits from a large breakout area with a full kitchen facility, a large games and bar area as well as a workspace which can be used for functions and team events. A mix of seating and large breakout areas a large nod to Manchester with its feature ‘give us a swig’ neon sign.
