The Manchester office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has once again been recognised in the recently released Chambers and Partners High Net Worth rankings.
The office has been awarded a Band 2 ranking and is described as highly regarded in the Manchester market for private wealth law matters.
In addition to the firm’s top rating, all three Manchester-based practitioners have been individually ranked as leading lawyers in their field.
Partner and head of Manchester’s private capital team Paul Davies is ranked in Band 1. With 20 years’ experience in dealing with legal and tax issues for wealthy individuals, Paul is praised for his ‘expertise regarding estate
planning, inheritance tax planning and offshore trusts’. One commentator notes: “He is highly technical, prompt and provides a timely response without fail. He is reliable and he can deal with a matter quickly and

Senior associate Nicola Walker is named as an ‘associate to watch’. Advising high net worth clients on domestic and cross-border probate and estate administration, as well as succession and inheritance tax planning, Nicola

Also an ‘associate to watch’ is Rebecca Clarke who specialises in capital tax planning and cross-border estate administration. One interviewee said: “She has held our hand through the whole process and taken almost all the
