B2B International awarded 2018 Achievement in Customer Excellence for its approach to win / Loss research

Manchester-based B2B International, the world’s most experienced b2b market research company, has been awarded a 2018 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award in the B2B category. This honour demonstrates B2B International’s exceptional commitment and unique approach to using Voice of the Customer insights to drive change.
