Southbank Centre to Share How Employee Feedback Drives Meaningful Change

LONDON, UK. October 13th, 2026: Employee feedback can offer valuable insight, but its impact depends on what happens next. A forthcoming People Insight webinar will examine how Southbank Centre is embedding employee listening, accountability and 360 feedback into its approach to organisational development. HR and people professionals will hear directly from the team at the UK’s largest arts centre, home to Royal Festival Hall, about connecting employee voice with practical action and individual growth.

Building a Culture of Feedback: Inside Southbank Centre’s Listening & 360 Journey will take place on Thursday 29th October 2026, from 11.00 to 12.00 noon GMT. Southbank Centre’s Courtney Caton, Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, and Luke Jackson, Learning & Development Manager, will join host Costa Antoniou, Senior Consultant at People Insight, for a candid conversation about bringing organisation-wide listening and individual development together.

Collecting feedback is only the beginning. For HR and L&D teams, the challenge is turning what employees share into clear priorities, meaningful development and action that people can see.

The webinar will explore how Southbank Centre is addressing this challenge by connecting insights into the wider employee experience with feedback that helps individuals understand their impact and identify opportunities for growth.

Accountability will be a central theme, including how to sustain momentum after feedback is gathered, encourage ownership and make follow-through a visible part of the process.

Tom Debenham, Managing Director of People Insight, said: “Employee listening and leadership development are often treated as separate activities. Bringing them together helps organisations connect what employees experience with how their leaders behave, then take responsibility for what changes next.

“We’re delighted to welcome Southbank Centre to explore that connection and share practical ideas for making feedback part of how an organisation works.”

Attendees will gain a more connected approach to feedback, linking organisation-wide listening with individual development. They will also hear practical ideas for encouraging participation, strengthening accountability, demonstrating follow-through and applying approaches such as listening cadence, 360 feedback and action planning within their own organisations.

The session is designed for HR, L&D and organisational development professionals looking to strengthen the connection between employee voice and people development.

For teams reviewing their employee listening approach or planning a 360 feedback programme, the webinar offers an opportunity to learn from practitioners bringing these elements together within a major cultural organisation.

Live attendees will also hear additional ways to continue the conversation and put the ideas into practice.

Registration is now open. Join the live webinar to hear Southbank Centre’s experience and discover practical ideas to strengthen feedback in your own organisation.
