Alison Bell Unveils New Online Hub to Make Personal Development and Wellbeing Support More Accessible

WARFIELD, UK. October 8th, 2026: Wellness coach and workshop facilitator Alison Bell has introduced AlisonBellWellness.com, a new website designed to make it easier for individuals and organisations to discover her coaching, wellbeing workshops, retreats and personal growth programmes in one convenient online location.

The website offers a central point of access for those interested in life coaching, wellbeing resources and personal development, with opportunities to participate in both virtual and face-to-face sessions.

Alison is a fully qualified life coach and certified teacher of the internationally recognised Heal Your Life® philosophy, developed by self-help pioneer Louise Hay. Her work focuses on helping people build confidence, strengthen their wellbeing and make meaningful changes in their personal and professional lives.

Through the new website, visitors can explore Alison’s services, including individual coaching, corporate wellbeing support, workshops, retreats and her six-week Heal Your Life® programme. Bringing these offerings together allows people to identify the support best suited to their needs and circumstances.

One of the central features of the launch is Reflect & Connect, a free monthly online wellbeing session hosted by Alison. Promoted as “a free monthly moment to pause”, the initiative gives participants an opportunity to explore a different wellbeing theme through guided visualisation, journalling, affirmations and personal reflection.

Unlike many wellbeing initiatives that require paid memberships, subscriptions or enrolment in structured courses, Reflect & Connect is offered free of charge. It is designed to welcome people from all backgrounds, including those who are new to personal development or have limited resources to spend on wellbeing activities.

Speaking about the new website, Alison Bell said: “Creating AlisonBellWellness.com has been an important milestone and brings together everything I offer in one place. My aim has always been to provide supportive and accessible opportunities for people to focus on their wellbeing, whether through coaching, workshops, retreats or personal development programmes.”

On the introduction of Reflect & Connect, she added: “Life can be busy and demanding, and many people rarely give themselves permission to stop and reflect. Reflect & Connect was created to offer a gentle, welcoming space where people can take time for themselves each month, explore meaningful themes and develop simple practices that support their wellbeing.”

Guided by the message ‘Empower Your Wellness’, Alison’s business encourages people to take an active role in their own development. Her approach brings together practical coaching methods and reflective wellbeing activities to help individuals manage change, increase self-awareness and develop resilience.

The launch comes amid growing recognition of the value of wellbeing support for individuals and workplaces. Employers are placing greater emphasis on employee wellbeing, contributing to increased interest in coaching, retreats and personal development opportunities.

With AlisonBellWellness.com now available, Alison intends to build on her existing services by developing further workshops, retreats and coaching opportunities. The monthly Reflect & Connect sessions and additional online resources will also support the growth of her online community.

The new platform represents an important step towards making personal development more accessible, offering flexible ways for people to prioritise their wellbeing and pursue personal growth.

To reserve a place at the next free Reflect & Connect session on 19th October 2026 at 12.30pm, visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/transformational-workshops-1138019/
