Lovell Partnerships appointed to £1.5 billion Innovation Chain North framework

Lovell Partnerships has been selected by Great Places Housing Group to join its Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework of contractors and consultants for the next four years.

This £1.5 billion framework is designed to facilitate the delivery of new homes across northern England, supporting not only Great Places’ affordable development program but also aiding other housing associations in the North and East Midlands.

Tahreen Shad, Partnerships Director for Lovell in the North West, said: “Having been aware of the high-value lots available on the ICN Framework, and seeing the calibre of clients on it previously, we knew the level of competition for applications would be challenging. We are proud to be one of the successful applicants, having been recognised for our technical competence, price and commitment to social value.

“Lovell is committed to delivering more high-quality housing, reutilising brownfield sites and transforming communities, and this appointment from Great Places will ensure we can keep progressing our goals.”

The ICN framework will run until June 2028. For a full list of successful companies, visit www.innovationchainnorth.co.uk/news.
