Book Technologies Inc. has finalised the purchase of Leeds Taxi Group Limited and Manchester Taxi Group Limited, marking a significant step in its market consolidation efforts. Under the leadership of CEO and Founder Cash Haleem, Taxi Group Ltd., a notable name in the transport sector, brought Leeds Taxi Group Limited and Manchester Taxi Group Limited into the fold of Book Technologies Inc. in March 2024. This strategic move is aimed at facilitating the company’s growth on both a domestic and international scale with the backing of Book Technologies Inc.
