Police seek suspects for £2000 designer bag theft

Police have received information that a designer bag was stolen from the Selfridges store at Exchange Square.

The incident happened between 1.45pm and 2pm on Friday, November 24.

Officers believe that two suspects entered the store, took a men’s DIOR bag worth £2000, and made no attempts to pay for it, before making off.

Greater Manchester Police officers are looking to speak to the two people (pictured) as officers believe they will be able to provide further information regarding this incident.

They would also like to speak to anyone else with information who was visiting the store at the time, who may have seen two people flee from the store.

Any mobile phone footage, CCTV or witnesses to the event, can contact GMP by calling 101, using the LiveChat tool on www.gmp.police.uk quoting log 802 of 04/12/2023 or anonymously calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
