Notably, Team Edin had clinched the HearingLife Tour Challenge title in the previous season in Grande Prairie, Alberta, even without their skip, Niklas Edin. Edin had sustained a knee injury during warmups for the semifinals, and the reins were expertly taken over by third Oskar Eriksson from that point onwards.

2023 Hearinglife Tour Challenge Preview
The knowledgeable curling commentators from Sportsnet will provide viewers with special insight and commentary from the Gale Centre as they transport viewers into the thick of the action there. Rob Faulds, a veteran play-by-play announcer, will be making his return to the broadcast booth alongside Kevin Martin, Mike Harris, and Joan McCusker, all of whom are legendary Canadian Olympic medallists and curling commentators.
