CLARKE WILLMOTT CELEBRATES 10 YEARS IN MANCHESTER

Law firm Clarke Willmott LLP is celebrating 10 years in Manchester after first opening its doors in November 2010.

The firm has developed from a niche service to running full corporate, commercial and private client teams with over 50 staff members now based at its 55 Spring Gardens offices.

The office originally opened at 3 Hardman Street with only the intellectual property team in place before establishing the employment team in January 2011 and the corporate team in 2012.

In 2013 the firm expanded to larger premises at 19 Spring Gardens and added its now leading technology team followed by a social housing team in 2014.

Further disciplines were added in 2015 and 2016 with the establishment of the commercial property and commercial litigation departments.

Another big year for the firm came in 2018 when the family, construction, insolvency and private client teams came on board. The firm also expanded again to its current 55 Spring Gardens offices in the heart of the
Manchester business district.

Office head, Roy Crozier, who has been with Clarke Willmott since the office was launched, said: “We are thrilled to be celebrating our 10th anniversary in Manchester. The office has seen remarkable growth and expansion
over the past decade thanks to some key appointments and the excellent reputation our teams have built up.

“The firm has really cemented itself into the Manchester market, which is fast becoming the leading centre outside of London for professional services, and we have seen growing success in winning work across all sectors.

“We are committed to servicing our clients in Manchester, the North West and nationally and internationally. We’ve got some really exciting developments coming up in 2021 and we and look forward to continuing our
success and expansion in the New Year.”

The Clarke Willmott Manchester office consistently receives impressive rankings in the Legal 500 and Chambers guides.

Clarke Willmott is a national law firm with offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton.
