Meridian LLP relocates to Altrincham

An independent property investment consultancy based In Manchester is relocating from its King Street base to Altrincham.

Meridian LLP has taken Suite 3 at 26 Regent Road, comprising 250 sq ft on a 12 month lease at an all-inclusive rent.

The firm connects a global network of investors to prime property investment opportunities in both emerging and established investment hot spots across the UK.

Dan Ehret, partner, Meridian, said: “We are delighted with the new office in the town centre. It is ideal in terms of space and location and one from which our experienced team will be continuing to identify market-leading property investment opportunities”.

Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the landlord LMO Property, said: “This building was recently comprehensively refurbished by the landlord.  It provides quality office suites with a straight forward, move in, plug in and go service which has proved to be a successful formula, clearly reflected in the swift letting of this suite.”
