Morson Group announces acquisition of Anderselite Holdings Limited

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Anderselite Holdings Ltd by the Morson Group, with the full support of the management teams of both companies. As a result, Anderselite Ltd will become part of the Morson Group.

Morson Group is the UK’s leading technical recruiter and engineering design and project management company with a global presence across all engineering markets including rail, aerospace defence, energy, infrastructure, IT and oil & gas. Morson has over 40 offices worldwide and is headquartered in Manchester, UK.

Anderselite Holdings Ltd is the parent company of Anderselite Ltd, a specialist for over 30 years in providing recruitment services to the construction, civil engineering, facilities management and rail sectors. Anderselite is headquartered in Southampton, UK.

Under this agreement Anderselite will become a wholly owned subsidiary within the Morson Group maintaining its own brand and contracts whilst working alongside other Morson Group companies.
