MANCHESTER START UP PROPCALL WINS TWO UK BUSINESS AWARDS

PropCall is a call answering service specifically for the Property Industry with a skilled team of Property Managers supporting the ever-growing industry out-of-hours, at weekends, on Bank Holidays as an extension of their clients’ teams.

Director Aaron Mcwilliam started the business in February 2021 after putting his business plan to the test, ensuring every service was catered for to fully support the Property Industry as it continued to grow exponentially during the pandemic.

Almost 18 months later, Aaron has 32 valued employees who offer a plethora of services to their clients nationwide.

Reflecting his handwork and success to date, Aaron and PropCall have won two awards at the UK Business Awards 2022, with Aaron also receiving the Bronze award for Entrepreneur of the Year.

PropCall won Disruptive, Innovative, Business Model for Professional and Financial Services and Best New Business – a fantastic achievement for a new business.

Based in Stretford, Manchester, PropCall has also gone from managing 3,000 property units to over 75,500 residential tenancies across 80,000 units.

Aaron Mcwilliam, Director of PropCall, said: “I’m absolutely ecstatic to have won two awards at the UK Business Awards 2022. To be recognised in any awards, but especially in national awards is just fantastic for both myself and the team and we’re really proud to be an award-winning company now! We’ve all worked so hard since launching PropCall in February 2021 and I’m really excited for all of our future growth plans and continuing to work with our valued clients.

“Thank you to the UK Business Awards for honouring all of the blood, sweat and tears that’s gone into making PropCall the success it is today.”
