Hugo Boss Establishes New Manchester Base at Prestigious Northspring

In a significant boost to Manchester’s high-fashion credentials, global style icon Hugo Boss has announced its expansion into the city with a new office at the Northspring complex on Spring Gardens. This marks the renowned fashion label’s first footprint in Manchester.

Settling into a spacious first-floor suite, Hugo Boss joins a diverse mix of businesses at Northspring, which is quickly becoming a landmark for corporate excellence in the city. The facility boasts an array of top-tier amenities designed to blend luxury with convenience and efficiency.

Rosie Veitch, an associate at Sixteen Real Estate, expressed enthusiasm about the new tenant, stating, “Hugo Boss makes a great addition to the occupier profile and vibrant atmosphere here at the Spring Gardens office.” She highlighted the strategic appeal of the location, adding, “The move underscored the appeal of generous amenities and a prime location.”

Occupants of Northspring have access to several exclusive features:

  • The Club: A sophisticated business lounge offering meeting rooms, hot-desking space, zoom booths, and a refreshment bar.
  • The Park: Wellness-focused amenities including cycle storage, a prayer room, new showers, changing facilities, and a fully-equipped fitness suite.
  • The Deck: A private rooftop terrace that provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Moreover, businesses situated in any of Northspring’s seven locations across Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham can enjoy these facilities, enhancing the flexibility and reach for all tenants.

This move by Hugo Boss is poised to further elevate Manchester’s status as a burgeoning hub for fashion, following Chanel’s decision to host its 2023/24 Métiers d’Art show in the city last December.

As Manchester continues to attract global names in fashion, the city is set to become an even more vibrant and dynamic center for business and creativity.
